Customers who are affected by this maintenance have been contacted with information ahead of the planned works.
Once the maintenance has been completed, if your service is still offline, please power off your router for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, power your router back on and allow a few minutes for the service to reconnect.
Your service should then return to normal.
